They are wonderful! When we lost power, I had pulled the release catch. I could not get it reattached. The Overhead door service person came and fixed it in a minute AND did not charge me!

There are many companies masquerading as Overhead Door Company™. Accidentally called one Overhead Garage Door thinking it was them. Scammer came to my house and quoted me $499 to replace broken drive belt. Sent him packing with his $35 service call fee. Called the right guys next, they came over and fixed it for $229 (which was given to me over the phone based on my description of what was needed.) Be careful out there, especially someone who advertises in the coupon book or envelopes you received in the mail. Check the reviews.

Not only was my repair technician on time and courteous, but he was able to sync my new car to my very old garage door system, which is something no one has been able to do. Both times we have had our garage door serviced, the technicians have been great. Laura, Atlanta
