I put off setting up a garage door appointment out of price concerns and fear of a horrible experience. It would have been impossible for me to be more wrong. Overhead Door was awesome.
They were on tome and dressed professionally and very polite. The technician, Erik, thoroughly assessed the situation before beginning any work.
When he found the issues, we discussed the plan. He explained why each piece was important and how it would help get my doors working properly.
After the initial issue was fixed, he advised me the rollers were wearing down and may need to be replaced soon. He explained how the new rollers would be better and showed me where the existing ones were starting to wobble and thin out.
There was no pressure to “act now or your doors will fall off”. I decided to replace the rollers on both doors to prevent having trouble down the road. I felt very comfortable in that interaction.
He left the doors spotless, and the garage area clean. And his quote matched the bill – I wish this was the case with the other repair companies I’ve used!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience. It’s clear that customer service is very important at Overhead Door. Erik never said it outright, but he made me believe it without a single doubt. Outstanding job!
